  NOTE: All vehicles are sold in an “as is” condition.  Neither the mileage (odometer) nor the license tag dates are guaranteed.  As required by Department of Motor Vehicles, we destroy the plates on all lien sale vehicles, however this will not affect the status of the registration.  You may view these vehicles only.  You may not open the hood to inspect the engine nor access the interior of any vehicle at any time.  Our staff will attempt to start the engine before the bidding starts on each vehicle.  All vehicles must be paid for in cash only and in full, immediately at the end of each bid.

All vehicles must be removed from the premises by 5:00 pm on the day of the auction or you will be charged storage rates at $50.00 a day.  Lien Sale paperwork will be given only when the vehicle is ready to be removed off our lot.  You must pick up your paperwork within 5 working days of the lien sale auction or you will be charged $50.00 for a duplicate copy.  There are no exceptions to these rules and regulations that United Towing has hence, set forth.

All vehicles are subject to release  prior to the sale date.
